Founders:
Cinda Carnevale
After graduating from The Savannah College
of Art & Design with a Graphic Design degree,
Cinda began working for Tommy Hilfiger, USA,
Corporate in 1992.
As the Director of Visual, she oversaw the
design and production of all advertising materials
for retail and free standing stores, both domestic
and international. During the ten years with the
Hilfiger Corporation she also worked closely
on the company’s advertising campaigns and
traveling internationally to execute the corporate
initiatives on photography and merchandise
strategies.
Cinda is married with two girls and lives in
New Jersey. Currently enjoys teaching Bar Method classes, running and playing tennis. This
company has allowed her the opportunity to
combine her passion for exercise and design.
Pamela Lancaster
Pamela has over 20 years of experience in
development and merchandising in the apparel
industry.
As Vice President of Merchandising for
Tommy Hilfiger, USA Retail she developed
men’s, women’s and a childrenswear business
that grew from $10 million in 1995 to $170
million in 1999. The role encompassed design,
production, merchandising and strategic analysis
for over 40 retail stores.
Pamela began her career at Polo Ralph
Lauren as an assistant buyer for womenswear
and accessories. She graduated from Syracuse
University in 1990.
Currently, she spends her time consulting for
retail and wholesale companies to streamline
merchandising strategies and increase profitability.
Pamela is married and a mother of two young
boys. She is an avid athlete participating in sprint
triathlons and various other sports.
Lynn DiNanno
Lynn DiNanno began her career as an
elementary teacher after having graduated
from Saint Joseph College in 1991. She
also attended the University of Connecticut
from "87-"89 where she was a member of the
Division I Varsity Soccer team.
As Manager of Youth Events at the National
Football League, Lynn worked with corporate
sponsors and licensees to manage and expand
NFL Youth Programs including NFL/Gatorade
Punt, Pass & Kick, NFL Flag presented by Nike,
Starter Youth Training Camps, Play Football
Festivals presented by Coca-Cola and K-Mart
Family Days.
Currently, Lynn lives in Connecticut with
her husband and three young children. She is
a "full-time" Mom and a triathlete who enjoys
participating in all sports and challenges.
